34 weeks

My regular jeans are starting to not feel very comfortable any more... Now wearing shorts and pants that are comfortable...

We have about 6 weeks to go. He is definately moving tons and you can see him moving. The other morning J was rubbing my belly and he kicked... She jumped and all excitedly said "He just kicked me". It was quite funny!!

The Girl Scouts went to the MOR (Museum of the Rockies) for a field trip.

They all had a blast and are getting ready to tour the police department tonight.

It's amazing to feel how much he is moving even though he is running out of space.

All the kids are in scouts and all the kid have chosen to do the Pinewood Derby..

They are all happy with the end result after the paint job. Now we have to do the designs (if they choose one) and the wheels and then the weight.

House projects / Modeling clay

While E was helping Josh doing work in J's new room.... J and V were upstairs playing with their modeling clay... ha ha ha As I was coming upstairs after talking with Josh and E, I heard J singing... The girlscout group had a Father/Daughter building thing at Home Depot.

Josh realized how busy it gets when you have two girls in girlscouts doing the same thing. Ha ha ha...

They made piggy banks... They are using them as mail boxes. It is quite funny!

31 weeks...

I am almost to the point where if he comes early then the hospital will be able to care for him. They go only as early as 32 weeks. If he is earlier than that he will get shipped to a different hospital. Definately hoping he wants to cook longer. Still having a great time feeling him move and seeing him move. The kids are getting more and more excited to see him. V asked today if the baby came out... I just looked at her and said not for a little while longer kiddo... ha ha ha ha

We started working on J's new room. It won't take as long as the last two but it will take a couple weeks we are sure.

Josh thought of creating a reading nook for her by the head of her bed...

J is getting more and more excited to move in. Josh is to the point where he can start framing the closet and then then little step thing for the pipes on the outside wall.

She should be able to move in by the end of the month. Then we will fix V's new room (J's old room) to be more her. Then she will move in and then.... we can start getting the nursery done and ready for baby! ha ha ha...

Hope everyone was safe!!

We had the kids go to bed a little later then usual, but definately not stay up til mid-night. Josh and I asked Danielle if she would like to come over. So she did, her and Josh drank and we watched movies. I drove her home after the midnight clock struck and then came home and passed out. The kids still got up early so as soon as J goes to bed in 15 mintues... That is where I am going!!!

Christmas is done

Well yesterday I took down all the inside decorations and Josh took down all the lights outside. Christmas is almost totally over in our house. We will keep the Christmas cards on display for a few more days to see if we receive any more straglers.

The kids have been home all week and everytime I try to do something I send them to go play downstairs and always within 5 minutes someone is crying or tattling on another. Am to the point where they need to be in school! ha ha ha ha..

It's not horribly bad, but they keep asking when they go back to school as well... I think that they are finally getting bored of playing with each other. Hopefully during the spring break it won't be as bad... I guess then they will be able to play outside more as there won't be as much mud in the yard...ha ha ha

So far so good. He moves tons and loves to keep me up!!! He definately favors one side at night and it always ends up being the side I am NOT laying on. Go figure...

I am enjoying feeling him move and am getting more and more nervous/anxious/excited for the day for us to finally see him come.

We should be able to get the girls moved so that we can start working on his room in Jan. Definately looking forward to that!!

A couple times the girls got snow in their faces and ended up wanting to be done for awhile... but ended up going more...

I got the new room for E primed and ready for paint...

Then I got it painted and Josh and his dad got the ceiling put up. Later that night Josh painted the floor to make it easier for the kiddo to take care of it.

We finally got the doorway that we moved in J's room textured. Now I need to paint it. Will be waiting till after the holidays though!

Josh got the first coat of mud on the ceiling and around the fireplace in the livingroom downstairs.. Starting to look more like a home...

And finally we got the floor painted and the back wall put on the bathroom downstairs. Will be painting that next year as I think we are pretty much down for this month as the holidays are coming up.

It has definately been a couple really busy weeks!

First snowman

We got our first snow of the year this weekend.

The kids were non-stop asking to go play in it. We had to run some errands but when we got back they had some time they could play in the snow...

They asked this morning if they could go sledding in it tonight and I said that there isn't enough to sled in and it will probably melt by the time they get home.

They didn't like that answer much!

Operation Christmas Child...

It's a great idea and the kids had a blast putting their boxes together!

V still is asking if she can give it to someone she knows so we just keep explaining that they are getting mailed to kids that don't get Christmas presents and then she remembers. Ha ha ha

Girl Scouts Halloween

J was really excited to go!!

They made candy necklaces, played pin the nose on the pumpkin, made masks, had pizza for dinner and cupcakes for dessert...

Got all their patches and things they earned for the month of October... It ended up being the center part of the daisy, 2 petals, and 6 fun patches... My finers hurt today from all the hand sewing!!

They even had a little time to dance at the end...

V really wanted to go as well but she came down with a case of strep throat. Needless to say she stayed home from school today and is just taking it easy till she is no longer contagious. We will see if she goes trick or treating tonight...

We went to the Reba concert, with Joshs parents, that was going on in Bozeman the other week. It was a BLAST!!!

The Band Perry and Reba were who sung at it!

All three kids raked and played in the leaves in the front yard...

The front room soon became the source of the shake off... hense the front room now has tons of leaves!!

V decided she wanted to help me make dinner the other night.

As well as help Josh make chips...

Made these for the Kidergarden Halloween Party, they are Jell-o cups with gummy worms!!

Crazy hair day at school!!

Well today is crazy hair day at school. The kids have been thinking all week about what they wanted and still couldn't come up with anything. So Josh and I put our heads together and came up with some fun things.

We had her hair (V) a little different but she didn't like it so we changed it a little bit.

E has such thick hair we couldn't do much so we just spiked it...

J liked her hair. She was a little worried what other people will think of it but I just told her that it's crazy hair day and you will win for the craziest! She liked that...

J had a girl scout event at Lowes this morning. She made a toy called a Monster Machine. She had a blast. Pumpkin Patch is next weekend.

We played Bocce ball on the boat...Lots of fun!

On the boat there was a Chocolate Night where they spent hours making all this delicious food!!

Josh, Mandy, Cory, and Dad Arlint went Zip lining... They had lots of fun! Tried multiple times to tell me that I wouldn't have liked it....

Mom Arlint and I went to Potlatch Park while everyone else went Zip lining. I, however, couldn't go zip lining due to being pregnant. Ha ha ha

The last night at formal dinner was a blast... Instead of putting the napkins on our laps they threw them at us and everyone had a blast!!

I have really been slacking on updating this blog. I will now try to keep it more updated and hopefully will continue to be able to!!! Ha ha ha ha....

Here is what has been happening the last couple of months...

Big E made this for me for Mothers Day! I totally love it!!!

Josh got a new toy!

We got the ceiling in the living room, kitchen, and hallway bathroom scraped and repainted.

We got rooms finished and put together. The girls room will be upstairs... I almost have the dragonfly done now. Just have 1 full wing and a partial to go. Should be able to get it done this week... Little E we have in the office with the dragon theme (for now) and big E has his room done except for flooring and we are going to wait on flooring till we have all the rooms done. Will be building another room this summer so we have 2 bedrooms in the basement and then Josh can have his office back.

Please welcome E (8 years old), J (6 years old), and V (4 years old) to our house. We are starting a transition for them to come live with us. We had them this past weekend and had a great time!!!

2nd Annual Jakesgiving

Last year our friend Jake started an annual Thanksgiving in May at his house. Hense it's called Jakesgiving. Ha ha ha...

Last year I made 2 cheesecakes.

This year I am making a Rhubarb Cheesecake, a Cherpumple, and a cake.

The cake is leftover cake mix from making the Cherpumple and a Cherpumple is Pies baked in cakes in 3 layers. Here is the link.

It is definately interesting and definately a challenge. I love to bake and have it be a challenge which is why I love to make cheesecakes (they also taste really good!!!). Anyhow... Will be taking pictures tonight.

Building a room downstairs...

We got the egress window put in, took all the popcorn off the ceilings in the upstairs livingroom and kitchen, finished the drywall in the room downstairs, mudded and textured the ceilings in the upstairs bathroom (the spongebob one), the kitchen and the livingroom, textured the room downstairs, and tore off the closet doors on the entertainment center upstairs. I still have lots to clean up but it's getting there.

All that is left is for me to paint it this coming weekend. Josh will paint the ceilings while I do the edges. Will takes pics again when it is done.

Well Josh finally got his luggage back. He is doing good. Still haven't really had a chance to talk to him.

The project I have been working on this week while Josh is gone is painting the spare room. It is two-tone green and will have a dragonfly in white on the darker wall. So far it looks good. Will post pictures when Josh gets back with my camera.

Well Josh got into Armenia on Sunday morning. It is now Wednesday morning for him and his without luggage as the airline lost his luggage on Sunday.
