Dear Proctor & Gamble,

I have been a loyal user of your Always maxi pads for over 20 years and I appreciate many of their features. Why, without the Leak Guard Core(tm) or Dri-Weave(tm) absorbency, I'd probably never go horseback riding or salsa dancing, and I'd certainly steer clear of running up and down the beach in tight, white shorts. But my favorite feature has to be your revolutionary Flexi-Wings.Kudos on being the only company smart enough to realize how crucial it is that maxi pads be aerodynamic. I can't tell you how safe and secure I feel each month knowing there's a little F-16 in my pants. Have you ever had a menstrual period, Mr. Thatcher? Ever suffered from 'the curse'? I'm guessing you haven't. Well, my 'time of the month' is starting right now.

As I type, I can already feel hormonal forces violently surging through my body. Just a few minutes from now, my body will adjust and I'll be transformed into what my husband likes to call 'an inbred hillbilly with knife skills'. Isn't the human body amazing?As Brand Manager in the Feminine-hygiene Division, you've no doubt seen quite a bit of research on what exactly happens during your customer's monthly visits from 'Aunt Flo'. Therefore, you must know about the bloating, puffiness, and cramping we endure, and about our intense mood swings, crying jags, and out-of-control behavior. You surely realize it's a tough time for most women. In fact, only last week, my friend Jennifer fought the violent urge to shove her boyfriend's testicles into a George Foreman Grill just because he told her he thought Gray's Anatomy was written by drunken chimps. Crazy!

The point is, sir, you of all people must realize that America is just crawling with homicidal maniacs in Capri pants... which brings me to the reason for my letter.Last month, while in the throes of cramping so painful I wanted to reach inside my body and yank out my uterus, I opened an Always maxi pad, and there,printed on the adhesive backing, were these words: "Have a Happy Period."Are you%$&(*@#) kidding me? What I mean is, does any part of your tiny middle-manager brain really think happiness - actual smiling, laughing happiness is possible during a menstrual period? Did anything mentioned above sound the least bit pleasurable? Well, did it, James?

FYI, unless you're some kind of sick S&M freak girl, there will never be anything 'happy' about a day in which you have to jack yourself up on Motrin and Kahlua and lock yourself in your house just so you don't march down to the local Walgreen's armed with a hunting rifle and a sketchy plan to end your life in a blaze of glory. For the love of God, pull your head out, man! If you just have to slap a moronic message on a maxi pad, wouldn't it make more sense to say something that's actually pertinent, like "Put Down the Hammer" or "Vehicular Manslaughter Is Wrong," or are you just picking on us?

Sir, please inform your Accounting Department that, effective immediately, there will be an $8 drop in monthly profits, for I have chosen to take my maxi pad business elsewhere. And though I will certainly miss your Flex-Wings, I will not for one minute miss your brand of condescending bull sh*t. And that's a promise I will keep, always.

Flag football

WOW it has been ages since I have played flag football. Since middle school so that would make it almost 8-9 years ago.
We played it Saturday for about 2 to 2.5 hours. I only felt a little tired when we got home that night. Sunday, however, I had to do laundry and the laundry room is in the basement. It took all I had to keep going downstairs to get the laundry done. I was so sore. I couldn't laugh, cough, walk very fast, do stairs very well, basically function like a normal person. Today it's not as bad. I think that by the end of the day I will be better because I work on the 2nd floor of a building and have to go upstairs a lot throughout the day and same as go downstairs throughout the day. I may just join them every weekend. I honestly didn't think I would have fun BUT I had a blast. I was the only girl and at first no one would cover my but then I showed that I could be as fast and as good a catch as the rest of the guys. That proved to them that I was able to keep up and play the game just as well as the rest of them. I am very much faster then what I look and they found that out that day. I even surprised Josh with how well I did. He was very impressed.

3-D

So Josh and I decided that we would go and see the new Beowolf movie this past weekend. It was in 3-D and we didn't know what to epect because neither of us have been to a 3-D movie before.

IT WAS SO COOL!!!! We both enjoyed it and say that if you have never been to one you should go. The next time there is a 3-D movie playing and we have an extra couple bucks we will most likely take the time to go see it!

New Office!!

So the moving is all done and everyones (well everyone involved) desk is somewhat all put back together. I dont have any pics of the new office but its the same as my last one just down one floor. There is a window but the view is of the side of the next building over. From here we can see into two other offices that are on the second floor of the next building over.

Since I dont have any pictures of my office I figured that I would put up some fun pics of office humor that I am sure some of the peopke here do. I wouldnt be surprised at all!

I think that you need to be able to let loose (to some extent) in the office world. I am really glad that I am not in Cubicle land. You would have more fun, maybe, but you would have to be quiet a lot of the time. With having just one office mate you can have a corner of toys (we do in this new office). When I was upstairs I was sharing a room with a 52ish year old and that office was always 70+ degrees. This room that I am in now with a 30-something year old much nicer temps...

All-in-all I do like the office. I like the company and its not to bad. I just have to go up a flight of stairs about 40 times a day now. Look at all the exercise you can get out of it!! hee hee..

SNOW

So when I woke up the first time this morning around 2 the wind made me think that we were going to have bunches and bunches of snow. I looked out the window and there was NOTHING.

So I went back to bed. I woke up with the alarm and looed at the window and notived that it was brighter then usual. I opened the blinds and saw white everywhere. We had about 1 inch of snow. I decided that it would be good to wear shoes and not flip flops.

Good choice! When we got to Bozeman for work NOT only did it take an hour for a usual 20 minute trip they had about 2-3 inches. Again good choice on wearing shoes!!!

We are hoping that it stays for a while, but it’s

supposed to be warmish (in the 50’s) on Saturday. So all-in-all if it doesn’t melt before then it will definitely melt then. It's not to bad, just way less then what we have had in the past. It is about a month behind in the weather. Usually we get snow and keep the snow in October.

Moving

So I was on the third floor of our office building and one of my boss's came up to me and said "tell me about this move" I was sitting there speechless... "uhhhhh......what move?" was the only thing I got out. She looked a little confused and went to see my other boss. I then got a phone call from my other boss "can you come see me for a sec?" "sure" I said, as I always do when she needs to ask me or tell me something. I got in there and she told me that I am going to be moving downstairs. To the second floor. I now have all my stuff down here and am waiting for noonish to come because I am not done moving..... :

Apparently there are 3 of us going to play a little musical desks.... So needless to say this afternoon will be quite busy.

I am not sure if there are any implications for me moving or if its even anything besides just changing offices. No one has told me yet and I dont think anyone will. I guess we will just have to see what happens.

One good thing that Josh pointed out is that my office wont be overly hot or overly cold anymore. Different people like different temperatures. I hope is all I can say towards that.

Guinea pig

So I was looking though something and came across this. I thought it was quite funny so I deceided to put it on here... I never knew that one Guinea pig could do so much! hee hee.

Crazy Kunami

Kunami was going crazy while Josh was playing with the tube the wrapping paper comes on. I though you would all enjoy seeing what we do with our dogs when we get bored! hee hee. It, again, is sideways. I still haven't seen how to flip it the other way.

Bowling for Kids sake!!

This is Linda, Josh, and Beth. Three of the five players on our team.This picture is of Shawn he was in the lane next to us and also works at RightNow Technologies. It may look like he won a bowling trophy BUT really he won a baseball trophy with a raquet ball plague for getting a strike. Quite funny!!!This is Linda just goofing around..... hee hee. She said that I have 1 second to take the pic so I took it!
Josh just won a pair of underwear for getting a strike! So he decided to put them on over his jeans.
This is Josh, Linda, and Michael. Michael wasn't on our team but he was with Shawn in the lane next to us. AKA Marilyn Monroe from that Halloween at work.I just wanted to show you some of the pics we took during the bowling so that you can all see that it was a blast!!

Halloween at work

So where I used to work no one dressed up for Holloween to work. Here at RightNow Technologies......It's a TOTALLY different story. As in today at lunch we are having a costume party and whomever wins the contest gets tickets to anywhere in the states they want... What an incentive.. So Josh and I are dressing up as wells as most of the people we know inside the company.

For instance, my office mate is a witch with green boas and stuff...

My immediate boss is a pirate...

we have snow white (Beth) and her 7 dwarves......

Marilyn Monroe (Michael)in accounting , the boss in the movie Office Space (Kyle) and tons more in tech support. I can't wait to see more of them at lunch. I will try to take some pics. I did, however, forget my camera but I do have my phone so the quality wont be great but you will get the jist. There were more that I didn't get pictures of, such as, a whoopie cushion (Kim), Monsters Inc. (Mike and Sully), Dog the Bounty hunter and his wife, A leaf blower (had a leaf taped to his hat and blew)(Max), and so many more!
