Meeting horses at the neighbors pasture..
Meeting the horses and sitting on the horses was huge fun for all the kids. Think we will definately be doing it again.....
Odds and Ends

Jilley and Gabby plopped really hard on the old beds we got for V and J. It broke so Josh was fixing it and E decided that he wanted to put Skeeter behind the bed and make a house with it...
We have a new Packers fan in the house.
J always says that Skeeter never sleeps with her so I finally got a picture of Skeeter sleeping with J. Ha ha ha...
We had the Barlows over for a BBQ dinner. It was quite a housefull...
Have some new bird friends coming to our house!!
Movie night with just our three before Jilley and Gabby came over.
Playing catch me in the backyard.
Josh made stools for all the kids that are living or staying at our house right now. 6 total.
Cuddle time after naptime!
J really REALLY loves Skeeter!!!

Making Tool Boxes
We all went to Kenyon Noble and made tool boxes for Fathers Day, I think only Gabby and Jilley are giving them as Fathers Day gifts though. Ha ha ha

Everything!!!
I have really been slacking on updating this blog. I will now try to keep it more updated and hopefully will continue to be able to!!! Ha ha ha ha....
Here is what has been happening the last couple of months...
Big E made this for me for Mothers Day! I totally love it!!!
Josh got a new toy!
We got the ceiling in the living room, kitchen, and hallway bathroom scraped and repainted.
We got rooms finished and put together. The girls room will be upstairs... I almost have the dragonfly done now. Just have 1 full wing and a partial to go. Should be able to get it done this week... Little E we have in the office with the dragon theme (for now) and big E has his room done except for flooring and we are going to wait on flooring till we have all the rooms done. Will be building another room this summer so we have 2 bedrooms in the basement and then Josh can have his office back.
Please welcome E (8 years old), J (6 years old), and V (4 years old) to our house. We are starting a transition for them to come live with us. We had them this past weekend and had a great time!!!

2nd Annual Jakesgiving
Last year our friend Jake started an annual Thanksgiving in May at his house. Hense it's called Jakesgiving. Ha ha ha...
Last year I made 2 cheesecakes.
This year I am making a Rhubarb Cheesecake, a Cherpumple, and a cake.
The cake is leftover cake mix from making the Cherpumple and a Cherpumple is Pies baked in cakes in 3 layers. Here is the link.
It is definately interesting and definately a challenge. I love to bake and have it be a challenge which is why I love to make cheesecakes (they also taste really good!!!). Anyhow... Will be taking pictures tonight.

Sorry
Wow... I didn't realize it had been so long since I have updated...
Not really al ot has been going on.
Some teenage drama from E...
Building a room downstairs...
Thats about it!
Ha ha ha...
Pics to come of the work on the room. We got the egress window put in, took all the popcorn off the ceilings in the upstairs livingroom and kitchen, finished the drywall in the room downstairs, mudded and textured the ceilings in the upstairs bathroom (the spongebob one), the kitchen and the livingroom, textured the room downstairs, and tore off the closet doors on the entertainment center upstairs. I still have lots to clean up but it's getting there.
All that is left is for me to paint it this coming weekend. Josh will paint the ceilings while I do the edges. Will takes pics again when it is done.
