Caramel Cheesecake:
I am making it tonight and I will post a pic of it either tonight or tomorrow when it is finished. I really enjoy making cheesecakes and more so eating the cheesecakes!
What is your favorite flavor/kind of cheesecake?

Honestly it's got to be your rhubarb cheesecake.
I love chocolate, and caramel, so a turtle cheesecake would probably be my fav, something full of carmel and fudge etc...
