Carer just thought this was such a fun thing to do...

Cat got a hair cut....

We don't know why the lady that shaved the cat didn't just finish off the tail. Whenever she gets a hair cut it looks like she's a little kitten again.

She has so manypretty markings on her that you can't see when she has the long hair.

STOP ALREADY!!!

So its almost the last week of April and last night we had softball practice. Which, if I may add, WAS AWESOME! It was raining in Belgrade and doing nothing in Bozeman. Now Belgrade and Bozeman are at most 12 miles apart.

So I woke up this morning and we have 2-2 1/2 inches of snow on the ground.... ARGH!!! I am just so ready for Summer already.

What a week this is going to be....... :|

So this week.... Josh is on 2nd shift.. For those of you who don't know what that is he is working from 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM. (graveyard shift basically) So that means that this week I have to car pool or pick him up at 3 and pick him up at 12. I considered carpooling BUT, heres the catch to that.

Monday~ Chiro -5-5:30PM then followed by practice at 6-8.
Tuesday~ Chiro - noon then at 5 drive home to get cat then 6 make it to appointment for cat...
Wednesday~ practice 6-8
Thursday~ Chiro 5-5:30
Friday~ Nothing...

So by the looks of it I could car pool on Friday BUT, on this shift its Sunday - Thursday so he doesnt even work on Friday. Man.... I will be tired if the weather stays like it is (snowing) because then he cant ride the (motorcycle) Bike in.

I am SO READY TO BE DONE WITH SNOW!!!!

All the drama....

Well I called the body shop that has the car (Resslers) on Monday the 14th. We hadn't heard anything so I was calling to see how much longer it was going to take to get it done so that we could start driving it around. Come to our surprise (now keep in mind they have had the car since March 17th) they haven't started working on it yet.

Mike (the guy working on it at Resslers) told me that he was going to call Dan (our Allstate agent that inspected it) and have him come in for the pre-pull to re-inspect it to determine with the hidden damage if they are going to total it. I said ok and hung up. I waited all day yesterday for the phone call saying what was going on and part of this morning. I couldn't wait any more so I called Resslers. The receptionist said that Mike is off for the day. I was all .....ok. So I called Dan to get the report. He didn't answer his phone so I left a message with my question. "what is the verdict... is it totalled" He called back all puzzled. "This is the first I have heard of this." was his response.

Dan also said that he was there last week inspecting another car and noticed that ours was still in the corner with nothing done on it. He went off on them asking why isn't it being worked on, are the owners aware that it hasn't been started, etc... (He is taking very good care of us). So I hung up with him and talked to Josh. Josh then called Resslers and then Dan.

The verdict is that to fix the car would be about $200 from totalling it. It is now a totalled car. Allstate is going to write us a check to pay off the remaining amount on the car and now we are in search of another car. We do, however, know what other things we will want on it and are in the middle of discussing what types we want to look at.

Just thought you would like to know what we have found out. We still don't know who is at fault.

ITS APRIL NOT FEBRUARY!!!!!

We woke up this fine morning to a really white window...

We knew that it snowed last night cause as soon as we were done with practice it started snowing and as we were getting on I-90 to get home the flakes kept getting bigger and bigger...
This is the amount on the garbage can..

It ended up being about 5.5 inches when Josh measured it this morning before we left. It was just barely snowing as we were leaving for work this morning..

Right now at RightNow Technologies, Inc. it's sunny and about 31 degrees.

Our Dear Sammy

This is a post for our neighbors youngest who just started walking not that long ago AND who just had his 1st birthday!!

Isn't he just a cutie!!!

(Great) Uncle Donny only 75

June 24, 1932- March 26, 2008
as a kid with my granny (his older sister obviously)
Donald Lee Painter beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 26, after a four year battle with pulmonary disease (COPD). Don was born June 24, 1932 in Newport, WA. He was youngest of nine children. He entered the Army at seventeen and served over three years in Japan and Korea. After his discharge, he returned home to Newport and worked in construction for a few years. In 1956, he moved to Seattle, Washington, and went to work at The Boeing Company. His Boeing career spanned 35 years. Don loved to bowl and he has competed in many national tournaments. He also enjoyed golfing, traveling, volunteering, reading, and watching television. He was a great fan of the Seahawks and the Mariners.
working at boeing
Don loved life, but most of all he loved his family, friends and his dog, Slater. He is survived by his wife, Lois; his sister, Margaret Oberg; his daughter, Tonda (Raymond) Saccomanno; his son, Michael Painter; his step-sons, David (Khamla) Fox and Paul (Cindy) Fox; his step-daughters, Denise (Jeff) Leidholm and Barbara (John) Blaine; his grandchildren, Gary, Joel, Reana, Sarah, Kim, Jason, Adam, Tricia, Jessica, Steven, Rachel, Ken, Mark, Chris and Vanessa; and eleven great-grandchildren.

My funnest memory was when I was around the age of 12 or so he talked to me with the spitting image of Donald Duck. He had that voice down pact... It was HILARIOUS!! He would have had so much fun knowing that his funeral was on April Fools Day.

We loved you so much Unlce Donald
