Just things

Well Josh finally got his luggage back. He is doing good. Still haven't really had a chance to talk to him.

The project I have been working on this week while Josh is gone is painting the spare room. It is two-tone green and will have a dragonfly in white on the darker wall. So far it looks good. Will post pictures when Josh gets back with my camera.

India/Armenia

Well Josh got into Armenia on Sunday morning. It is now Wednesday morning for him and his without luggage as the airline lost his luggage on Sunday.

Quite interesting.

I don't have much of an update as he is on a totally different schedule and we haven't really had a chance to talk and catch up.

As soon as I hear more I will update you all.

Holi

While Josh is in India he has been able to participate in Holi.

Here is Josh with Simer (sounds like simmer).

Holi is a spring religious festival celebrated by the Hindus mainly by throwing powders of colors or colored water on each other.

He said he had a great time.

India

Well Josh made it to India last Friday really early in the morning. He says that it is such a culture shock he didn't know how to react at some things. He has been there for 5 days now and is starting to really enjoy the foods but still can't believe that in a place that big how alone he can feel as not very many people speak better than broken English. He misses it here but is enjoying his time there.

The exchange rate isn't to awful bad. To one of our dollars its 44 of theirs.

He has sent a couple pictures to me over the last couple days and I feel like I need to share them with you all.

The first one is of a breakfast that for two was under $2 american.

This next one is Josh in front of a Mosque. You have to wear the green hat cause hair is dirty and you have to be in either socks or bare feet to keep the floor clean.

As soon as he sends me a couple more I will add them up on here.
