Today I waited until after church, after lunch...right afterlunch...
Today was 30 situps, 12 crunches, 12 leg lifts an a 20 second plank. The sit ups are still what is killing me. So far no weight is lost but hopeing here soon some thing will be noticable.
I hope all of you that have made resolutions are still staying with them. Best of luck to you all.
